All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. We strive to have all orders processed and shipped between 3 to 5 business days of the order being received. However, increased order volumes, order size and quantities, and product availability may result in longer processing times. Please make sure the shipping address used is verified and error-free. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.

Shipping costs are automatically added during checkout process. Shipping cost is currently a flat rate of $10 US Dollars. All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping for International customers is currently unavailable.

Please ask questions if unsure of item being purchased, all sales are final and there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchange requests for change of mind, opened or used products. Please keep in mind that you are purchasing crystals or natural stones, or items made from natural stones. Since stones come from the earth, they can be unevenly shaped, or have bumps, dents, cracks, fractures, etc., on them. These unique markings contribute to the natural beauty of each stone as no two are alike.

Sourced by Earth must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement. Keep in mind our crystals are organic products, wear and tear over time is normal and is not considered product fault.

All items are shipped through USPS and will be insured. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. You will have to process a claim with them.
